One of the many uses for my Jeep.  A couple of friends of mine and their snowmobiles.
It was my 13 birthday and I was on vacation at my grandparents property in 1990.  At the time, the property - located in northcentral MN - was merely a vacation spot, with a small cabin, a garage, 120 acres of forest, and one dilapitated old Jeep.

A couple of years previous, I had asked Gramps if he had any desire to sell that Jeep.  At the time, he had an inkling to get the old girl running again, and use it around the property.  With that, I dropped the issue.

To celebrate my birthday, I had a small party with a few cousins, my mom, and sister.  I had cake and opened my presents, saving a card form my grandparents for last.

I opened the card which instructed me to take a hike out to the old Jeep to find my gift.  Being an obedient youth, I did just that.  Laid on the steering wheel was a manilla envelope with a letter.  This is what it read:

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Be it known that I, Gerald V. Stenberg, herein and after known as "Grampa," being of sound mind and a willing disposition and being sole owner of a blue (faded) 1946 Willys Jeep, do grant, convey and transfer ownership of the afore-described vehicle to Mr. Kyle Sands on the occasion of his thirteenth birthday on this date, July 26, 1990, and in celebration of his entrance into that significant period of growth and development known as the "Teen Year's," to have and to own, to repair and to rebuild, to disassemble and to reassemble, to restore and to remodel, to start and to stop, to patch and to push, to fix and to finish, to drive and to dump, to rejoice and to reject and to treasure and to trade in his ascendency up the ladder of vehicular excellence.

To this conveyance, I set my hand without conditions or restrictions save those required by due process of law and in so doing also convey my best wishes for a wonderful thirteenth birthday and I do further convey my apology and concern for Mr. Gary Sands and his wife, Carol (Kyle's parents) to whom I relinquish full control and responsibility and whom I also make the custodians of years of nostalgia and memories without number.

SIGNED: "Grampa"
(Gerald V. Stenberg)

Needless to say I was blown away and had to reread the letter again before showing my excitement to the others.  It was amazing, such a great gift for a young kid to begin his career mechanic-ing.
